They are effective enough to take the sting out of the punch. I knew that I wanted to get head gear and found that Amazon had the best prices on them by far. They are a little tight when you first get them but then after a few uses they get broke in, no big deal. For the price you get one of the best names in boxing gear. I would recommend these for just about any body. |
